We sign multi-year leases for 5-10 units at once, saving you the cost and time of finding a different tenant for each unit and collecting payment from multiple individuals. If you're looking to sell your apartment or multi-family property and have vacant units, give us a call and we'll fill them so you can get a higher Cap Rate on your sale.

3 Step Guest Screening

Our screening includes the OFAC list, public state and country criminal records, and state and national sex offender registries. We look for misdemeanor charges related to a domestic disturbance, disorderly conduct, noise complaints, trespassing, and any charges that may signify a potential problem with a guest booking a property.

In-House Cleaning Team

We recruit our whole cleaning personnel directly; we do not outsource our cleaning to another organization. This allows us to maintain professional-level cleanliness after each stay while maintaining maximum quality control over our cleaning standards. Because we understand how vital cleaning is, our crew is trained to pay attention to the smallest of details for a 5 Star Rating.

Trust and Safety

Ring cameras, noise and smoke detectors, and smart locks have been used to assure safe and livable property conditions. ​

  • Ring cameras are put at the entrance of each unit to monitor the occupancy restriction 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • If the noise level surpasses a specific dB level, noise detector sensors located within each unit transmit an alarm to our local on-site support team.

  • Smoke detectors limit guest kitchen usage to a suitable amount for safety and property maintenance.

  • Each door has Smart Locks installed, a new code is created for each guest, and codes are destroyed upon checkout.
